Terms of Service

Welcome to SADFinder. By downloading, installing, or using the SADFinder application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

SADFinder is operated by APLICATII ANDROID PLUS S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company with its registered office at Calea Floreasca nr. 169, etaj 6, camera 12, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Romanian Trade Register (Registrul Comerțului) under no. J2015003513408, sole registration code (C.U.I.) 3427080. You can reach us at hello@sadfinder.com.

2. Your account

Some parts of the Service — managing your subscription, downloading the latest build, viewing your license — require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans, trials, and payment

• Trial: New users may get a 7-day free trial. The trial starts without a payment method and expires automatically after 7 days. It does not create a paid subscription unless you later choose a paid plan and enter payment details.
• Subscriptions: Monthly ($5/mo) plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice; the new price applies to your next renewal.
• One-time purchase: SADFinder may offer a lifetime license for $29.99. A lifetime license does not renew, works on up to 3 Macs, and remains active unless it is refunded, revoked for misuse, or terminated under these Terms.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are handled automatically through Stripe Tax based on your billing address.

4. Refunds

See our refund policy. Briefly: 14 days, no questions asked, for first-time purchases.

5. License grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SADFinder on up to 3 of your Macs simultaneously while your subscription or one-time license is active. The license is yours; the underlying software remains ours. See the full end-user license agreement for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SADFinder.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the application.
• Share, publish, or transfer license keys to anyone who hasn't paid for them.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

7. Privacy

SADFinder runs entirely on your Mac. File paths, names, contents, and metadata never leave your machine. The website handles only the data needed to manage your account and license. See our privacy policy for what we collect and why.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the website, but we don't guarantee it. The desktop application keeps working offline using a cached license, with periodic background revalidation. If our servers are down, your app keeps working.

9. Termination

You can stop using SADFinder at any time. We may terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, with notice where practical. If we terminate without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.

10. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Romania, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your home jurisdiction.
